More playing around with Views, Outlets and Actions

There's a certain element of witch-doctoring involved in building iOS apps, so such has been my experience so far. Working through the examples is certainly helping me to understand the links between the .h, .m and .xib files but I wouldn't like to say that I had it all under control. To help with that I've ordered another book, one that goes into a little more depth about the background to Xcode and that should make it a little easier to work out what's going on; the big problem is that if I can't make it past the "do this, do that, see a result" stage I'll be stuck trying to find the right recipe to deliver the cake I want, and that isn't really any good.
